Hello, I'm Meegan.
I bring together years of experience as a Positive Psychology-based EAP Counsellor, people manager, and workplace wellbeing specialist & group educator, which means I understand organisations at the individual, relational, and systemic levels.
I have led teams within complex organisational constraints, undertaken change management, and designed and delivered wellbeing and leadership education across high-risk environments.
This experience allows me to identify psychosocial risk early, work skillfully to create psychological safety, and translate evidence-based wellbeing science into interventions that are operationally realistic.
The result is leadership and culture work that doesn’t just look good on paper, but actually changes how people experience work, strengthening engagement, reducing burnout-related attrition and absenteeism, and building sustainable capability over time.

Grounding leadership in the science of human thriving enables a preventative approach to wellbeing, reducing psychosocial risk and strengthening the long-term health of workplace cultures.
To protect the quality, safety, and integrity of each leadership lab cohort, I ask all prospective members to complete a short application before joining (see below).
There are four capped cohorts thoughtfully grouped into similar sectors/industries.
